3. Confirm your booking and pay a deposit
If the date you require is available, we will take all your details and give you ten days to decide whether or not to go ahead.
If you decide to go ahead, we will require £1,000 deposit within the ten days in order to secure the booking. Full payment require 10 weeks before the event date.
Payments can be made by cheque, cash, card or online.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You can also pay by card over the phone, following which a receipt will be emailed to you.
Please note that once the deposit has been paid, if you subsequently change or cancel the date, you risk losing the deposit if the date is not re-let.
If however you go ahead with the booking, and following your event, the deposit is then returned to you, providing no damage is caused, no one smokes on the premises and you do not overrun your booking times.
