Introduction

Remember what it felt like to be fit? You can feel that way again. We have a wide range of activities for adults to get involved in. From Zumba to walking football, tai-chi to cycling. Our sessions take place in community centres, church halls, our lovely parks and open spaces, our own sports facilities and even a local library.
