Office Administrator

We’re a dynamic office that supports seven sports facilities and a sport and physical activity team. We need an individual who can keep the office running smoothly through excellent organisation and strong communication.

We are looking for an organised individual, able to manage a multitude of differing tasks simultaneously.  The ideal candidate with have exemplary customer services skills with a good attention to detail. You must work well as part of a team, and be able to work under your own initiative.  You will be responsible for the administration for the service including financial reconciliation and purchasing, updating the sports pages of the website, dealing with bookings and responding to complaints.  There is opportunity to develop and grow this role.

Finance Assistant

Location: Wandsworth

This is an exciting opportunity to be joining Putney School of Art & Design. We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team. As first point of contact, alongside the other Assistant Administrators and School Administrator, you must be a clear communicator who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. You’ll be organised with strong administrative and numerical skills and have experience of dealing with enquiries face-to-face, via phone and email.

You will need to be reliable and self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise your work and use your initiative to undertake a variety of tasks including enrolment, general administration, and taking payments. Experience of using computerised administration systems or a sound knowledge of IT is essential to support Webenrol management information system (MIS) updates.  We welcome graduates looking for a future career in Management or Business Administration.

Pilates Instructor

Lifeguard (casual) Location: Wandsworth

We’re looking for a number of enthusiastic and dedicated lifeguards ensure the safety of children on the Community Swim Programme in Wandsworth. You will need to be reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage participants, spot hazards and prevent accidents while following ASA guidelines. Working hours and days will vary.
