Membership Lead Generation Manager 

Location: 4 fitness centres around the London borough of Wandsworth

Hours: 40 per week

Grade & Salary: Ensc2, £18,000 per annum + 10% commission (subject to achieving targets)

Enable Leisure & Culture are looking for a dynamic Membership Lead Generation Manager to drive lead generation, prospect appointments and tours and sales in our gyms. You will be enthusiastic, outgoing, engaging with a passion for delivering an excellent member experience. We are looking for someone with sales and fitness related experience, and welcome applications from those who have transferable skills.
You will be comfortable in working with results-based commission targets. You will be able to adopt a commercial approach to developing leads and driving sales in all 4 centres, continually looking at new ways to generate leads, sales and profit.

Parks Officer, Biodiversity

Location: Wandsworth Common

Hours: 40 per week

Grade & Salary: ENP01-ENP02, £30,177 – £32,778 per annum

From the iconic Battersea Park, historically important local parks such as King George’s and Wandsworth Parks and habitat rich open spaces such as Wandsworth and Tooting Commons, there is variety and wealth of green space that rivals any borough within Greater London.

An opening has arisen for a Biodiversity Officer to work in our established and enthusiastic team.   We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and organised individual, with a keen interest in biodiversity to lead on our practical habitat management works across the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Based at the Parks Office, Wandsworth Common, your duties will involve the day-to-day management of our horticultural grounds maintenance contractor to ensure the high-quality management of habitat within the boroughs 31 parks and open spaces.

You must have experience of contract management or working with/directing contractors or directly supervising staff.  You will also have relevant practical experience working in a biodiversity/grounds maintenance, ecology or conservation service environment with experience of supervising/managing habitat creation.

Wandsworth Arts Fringe (WAF) is an arts festival that takes place every year across the borough of Wandsworth. Open to anyone who wants to take part, the festival just keeps getting bigger and bigger, with everything from theatre, comedy and dance, to opera, visual art and circus. This year we are expecting over 150 events spread over 67 venues.

This year WAF secured funding from Arts Council England to deliver an exciting anniversary programme composed of 10 projects designed and delivered by companies that have played an important role with the festival over the past ten years.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and hard-working Event Manager to deliver two #WAF10 outdoor events to the highest standards.

Multi Sports Coach

Location: Wandsworth 

Hours: 10 per week (fixed term until 19th July 2019)

Grade & Salary: ENCa12 – £20 per hour (inclusive of annual leave)

Enable Leisure and Culture are looking to recruit a fixed term 10 hour per week coach as well as several enthusiastic and dedicated casual sports coaches to assist with the delivery of sports coaching in primary schools across the London Borough of Wandsworth.

You will provide schools with high quality sports coaching in a variety of sports, which may include coaching during curriculum time and/or running extra curricular sports clubs.

Coaches should be confident in delivering a variety of sports to KS1 and KS2 pupils (4-11 years) of mixed ability. All applicants must have a level 2 coaching qualification in a recognised sport. It is highly desirable that applicants have qualifications in more than one sport, or have a multi-sports qualification and background.

At enable we are committed to supporting the training and development of the coaches we work with, to ensure that schools receive a high standard of provision. First Aid and safeguarding courses will be provided, as well as Continuous Personal Development (CPD) for all coaches.

Working hours and days may vary.

Access to your own transport is essential as you will be required to work at a variety of schools in the area.

Lifeguard (casual) Location: Wandsworth

Grade and rate: ENCa1, £10 an hour

We’re looking for a number of enthusiastic and dedicated lifeguards ensure the safety of children on the Community Swim Programme in the borough of Wandsworth. You will need to be reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage participants, spot hazards and prevent accidents while following ASA guidelines. Working hours and days will vary. Enable are committed to ensuring the well being and safety of all the children and staff, and as such any successful application will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
