This is an exciting opportunity to be joining Enable in this new role. You’ll be one of two HR Business Partners in a small, efficient team who are first point of call for managers and staff on all HR matters. You’ll take care of the employee lifecycle, as well as focus on the learning and development aspect, giving you the chance to effect your presentation skills.

You will need to have experience in developing and delivering community Sports Development programmes and working with key partners to deliver and monitor local projects. You should be organized and be able to develop and grow programmes, building key relationships and partnerships as well as successfully applying for external funding, which will be key to sustain and extend provision.

Tooting Bec Athletics Track is located on Tooting Bec Common and comprises of an 8 lane athletics track, gym, exercise studio and infield. In close proximity to this is sister site Furzedown Recreation Centre consisting of outdoor sports pitches including a 7v7 3G pitch and a 6v6 Astro pitch. The role will involve working across both sites according to the needs of the business.
An excellent opportunity for a proactive person keen to get involved in a wider range of activities including outdoor and indoor sports and fitness. With experience of working in a sports facility or another customer care environment, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre. This will involve reception duties, recording attendance figures and monitoring use of equipment through to preparing equipment for activities and events and ensuring health & safety. You will liaise with individuals, schools and sports clubs to promote our facilities to the local community and increase participation. You must be a clear communicator who prides themselves on providing excellent customer service. You’ll be organised with strong administrative, numerical skills and have experience of dealing with enquiries face-to-face, via telephone and email.

You will need to be reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage participants, spot hazards and prevent accidents while following ASA guidelines.
