 The role is full time and based primarily in the Parks Office in Battersea Park. The first round of interviews will be held virtually, and second round interviews will take place in the Parks Office, SW11 4NJ. Flexible working patterns and home working can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Regular duties would initially consist of, but not be limited to, the below. They will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure they are in line with development needs.

1. Identifying gaps and trends in the market for different types of health and wellbeing services in London

2. Strategically research to progress new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships, and new ways of reaching existing markets.

3. Ability to research best practice and evidence bases for different interventions and translate into proposals for real world work

4. Generate opportunities and prospect pipeline to network/build relationships with prospects

5. Being an agent of change, helping to communicate a vision internally and externally, enabling stakeholders to see where and how Enable will be the solution to current services.

6. Identifying tenders and writing bids for company strategic health and wellbeing contracts

7. Working with the Head of Health and Wellbeing to develop new initiatives ensuring initiatives are properly aligned and compliant with strategic aims.


1. Are passionate about improving community wellbeing and are driven by the exciting prospect of being a part of a growing department

2. Previous experience working with CCG/ Public Health Commissioners and successfully driving new B2B opportunities in the Health and Wellbeing sector.

3. Highly motivated, target driven individual with strong business acumen.

4. Self-generate new business through detailed research and finding your own leads.

5. The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with commissioner’s face to face and virtually

6. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

7. A flexible team player who is comfortable with creative collaboration and can adapt quickly to changing priorities


1. Experience of working in a charitable organisation with social and commercial objectives.

2. Line management experience

3. Knowledge of wellbeing programmes

4. CRM and tracking tools to monitor prospect opportunities
