Active Workplaces

A large proportion of individuals spend the majority of their time at work and are typically inactive during these hours. Physical activity provides many health benefits such as improved sleep, managing stress and maintaining a healthy weight. Promoting physical activity in the workplace can lead to higher morale and increased productivity.   

We currently offer a programme of workplace activities for Wandsworth Council employees to get involved during lunchtime and after work. Activities include Boxercise, Pilates, Yoga, Chi Gung and Zumba.
