Our community programmes include a wide range of exercise classes and walks, mainly for people who are new or returning to exercise.
We have classes for people aged 50+ to help you keep active as you age, these include things like Walking Football, Tai Chi, and Keep Fit classes. Our Walk Wandsworth programme is full of short, volunteer led walks around your local community. These are perfect for people who like to be active outdoors.

Active Lifestyles is a programme that offers adults within Wandsworth the chance to increase their physical activity levels. We run a number of weekly classes that include tai chi, Yoga, Pilates, over 50s keep fit classes, kickboxing, Zumba and walking sports. For all our weekly classes, the first session is free and there is no need to book.
Is a healthy lifestyles programme aimed at men in Wandsworth and offers an exercise sessions along side nutrition support.
Walk Wandsworth is an accredited walking scheme through Walking for Health that offers a series of free walks around the borough. Our walks are led by trained walk leaders who can advise and guide you towards building up your physical activity at a pace that suits you. The walks are free and you can just turn up.
