All events at Summer in Battersea Park were socially distanced following government guidelines during the time they took place.
Sports fans flocked to Battersea Park on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy a weekend of free sport screenings! On Saturday we had a free Wimbledon screening in the Bowling Green for the Ladies finals, mixed doubles finals and men’s double finals, this free screening was open to all and was enjoyed by many. Sunday was the free live screening of the Euro 2020 finals, where sports fans headed to Battersea Park to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity.
The screening will take place at the Bowling Green. A one way system will be in place, so please arrive via the Bandstand for entry.
This event is free, but on a pre-booked basis only. No entry without a pre-registered ticket. Tickets will be checked on arrival (printed or on your phone). No tickets are available on the door. Please do not arrive without a ticket, you will be turned away. If you are unable to use your ticket for any reason, we kindly ask that you cancel the booking via Eventbrite in order that we may reallocate the ticket to other patrons.
Seating will be available for booking in the following categories:
General Admission (Individual seats, up to groups of 10)
Tables of 4-6
Tables of 6
Children must be accompanied by an adult and must also be pre-registered (except babes in arms), as capacity is limited. Children16 and under will not be allowed entry without an adult. Challenge 25+ will be in place on bars.
Entry is from 7pm only. Kick-off is at 8pm. Entry is not guaranteed after 7.45pm so please be prompt. Food and drink will be available on site. All vendors will be cashless, only card payment will be accepted.
No food or alcohol may be brought onto site. Security bag checks will be in place at the entrance. Please arrive in good time to allow time for bag checks and ticket scanning.
Seating is provided on a first come, first served basis. Audience members are asked to keep to their households and social bubbles in line with Government guidance. If you have booked a table, this is conditional on the number of attendees in your party ie if you have less people than your ticket booking then your table cannot be guaranteed. Seating and table reservations are at the sole discretion of the event staff.
Please be aware this event has official photographers and videographers. Photographs and videos taken at the event may be used for future marketing purposes. Please speak to member of staff if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
We will be adhering to the latest Government guidance around Covid-19 and social distancing measures. Multiple sanitation stations will be available in place around the event site.

Any persons displaying symptoms of Covid-19 should not attend. Ticket holder’s information from Eventbrite will be kept for 21 days to support the NHS Test & Trace service.
