Update: 12:30pm 1 April 2020
I hope you are keeping well and safe in these unprecedented and uncertain times.
As you are aware following the government guidelines, regretfully the school closed from 5pm Thursday 19 March 2020 until further notice.
We originally had an optimistic, deferred start date for the summer term on Monday 4 May 2020.
As the situation continues to evolve rapidly with further information / guidance each day, we have reviewed the arrangements for the summer term and realistically we know that there will be significant impact.
I have had several feedback and requests for updates on:
· Online / remote learning opportunities for summer term
· Priority enrolments for autumn term
Some tutors and their current student groups are keen for PSAD to provide on-line courses for continuity and motivation but also to support the sustainability of the school.
With the above in mind we will be developing online courses for the summer term, starting with ‘taster’ sessions. You will be able to enrol via the website only and we will update this message with a link.
We usually do not operate the transfer of fees between each term, however as these are extraordinary circumstances, we can also transfer your fees from summer to the autumn term, allowing you to keep your enrolment for the course.
If you are unable to join us for the autumn term, all request for refunds are being logged. As the school is closed and limited staff teams are operating the service remotely, all requests will be dealt with when feasible. Thank you once again for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
As mentioned before, our students and community are at the heart of all that we do, and we will endeavour to do everything we can to continue that crucial role and serve our students.
Your continued support in our wonderful school is hugely appreciated.
Please take care to stay safe and on behalf of the PSAD teams we wish you all, the very best and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
