Furzedown Recreation Centre
Furzedown Pavilion and the Bowling Green, located in Tooting are two spaces available to hire, as well as kitchen space between the hours of 9am – 9pm. The Pavilion is a small hall that can host events such as coffee mornings, exercise classes and small social events.
The Pavilion can be hired separately on its own, however the Bowling Green is available to hire alongside this throughout the months of April – October.
Furzedown Pavilion
The space can hold up to 40 people standing or up to 20 people for a children’s party to allow space for children to participate in any games/activities. Guests have access to 3 trestle tables and 15 chairs.
The Bowling Green
The dimensions of this area are 40m x 40m and can accommodate up to 350 guests. In the months of April – October, clients may hire the space to erect gazebos, bouncy castles and furniture for social events or children’s parties.
Our aim is to offer affordable and quality venues to the local community, along with staff to supervise any event.
All our venues are dry hire based which means you are free to bring your own suppliers and/or caterers. We can also provide our list of recommended suppliers should you want recommendations and our Event Team is here to assist you from the moment you turn to us through to the very last touch on your special day.
